"Thank you so much"
*(testimonial)
From Philadelphia, PA I ordered your guide and followed it precisely. I had my doctor write a letter and I supplied all my medical files (126 pages) to Social Security. I turned in my file today and the intake counselor asked me if this is the first time I have applied for Social Security disability? I told her yes and replied my wife gave me a little help. She said well your wife did a good job and said the other disability counselors are going to like this.

She said this was a very complete file and that i did a good job. The other counselor took all the information and said she would send it in today to the medical review board and that I may have a answer quickly because the file was so complete.

I followed your Guide to improving my chances early on in the process. And it worked! Thank you so much!

Social Security Disability

Under the federal Social Security Disability Act, "disability" means the "inability to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physician or mental impairment which can be expected to last  for a continuous period of not less than 12 months or result in death."

Social Security Disability Benefits are paid to individuals who have worked in the recent years. Usually you have to work 5 out of the last 10 years. For individuals under 31 years old, the requirements are a little different since they have not been in the work force as long.
